Ⅰ. Power system: motor; Reducer.

Ⅱ. Transmission system: European belt pulley transmission system; Sprocket drive system.

Ⅲ. Host configuration: 1 Moving knife roller: cylinder material zg45mn, surface hardness hb220-250, main shaft 40Cr, quenching and tempering, overall dynamic balance;

2. Feeding roller: external Φ 200, main shaft material 40Cr, rack material 16Mn, main shaft material 40Cr,Rack material 16Mn;

3. Fixed blade: 50mm thick, HT250 material;

4. Synchronous parallel adjustment mechanism of fixed cutter plate: manual adjustment mode of worm gear mechanism is adopted.

Ⅳ.Accessory configuration: 

1 Discharge mask: Q235 steel plate, 5mm thick;

2. Safety shield for exposed transmission parts;

3. Make anti-corrosion and exterior paint according to the color specified by the user.
