Our story

Founded in 2004, the company has formed a business system with the synchronous development of natural rubber rubber rubber making process research and development, rubber making equipment design and manufacturing, installation, technical transformation, maintenance and electromechanical trade. It is composed of machinery manufacturing workshop, electromechanical overhaul workshop and the Ministry of industry and trade, with an average annual production and operation capacity of more than 50 million yuan. In particular, the company has 2 glue making technicians, 3 glue making technicians, 3 mechanical engineers, 3 electromechanical maintenance technicians, 40 senior and intermediate electrical maintenance technicians and machine tool technicians, and 9 Professional salesmen. The company has gradually formed a set of scientific, systematic and mature management system. Since 2006, the rubber making equipment designed and manufactured by the company has been exported to foreign markets such as Africa and Southeast Asia, and domestic Yunnan and Hainan. The company has obtained six patents for rubber making equipment and intelligent energy-saving equipment, and seven patents have been accepted this year. In 2017, our company has obtained the qualification of "recognition of high tech enterprises"; "Research and development of natural rubber automatic production line equipment" and the development of two rubber making equipment will be completed and prototype manufacturing will be started within next year. For the purpose of technological upgrading and development of the enterprise, our company has signed a cooperation agreement on production, study and research of natural rubber making equipment with Hainan University. The "electromechanical processing and manufacturing" project approved by our company in the development and Reform Commission of Laocheng economic development zone was established as the owner in 2015. It was completed and put into operation in 2019. The project covers an area of 24666 square meters, 10015 square meters of single-storey standard manufacturing plant and 2860 square meters of five storey office building. The project is listed as a key investment industrial project in Hainan Province and a construction project supervised by the Provincial Department of industry and information technology.
