Ⅲ. Capacity design: the capacity of dry rubber is 2-6 tons / hour (varying with the dry content of rubber).

Ⅳ. Process function of the machine: it is mainly used to finely crush and moderately knead the crushed rubber block again, so as to remove the impurities wrapped in it and mix the rubber material to improve the effect of the next process. The machine is installed in the process after primary crushing.

3. Cutting knife: combined six edge cutting knife, which is composed of knife holder and blade. The blade can be adjusted and replaced convenientlyMaterial: ZG35CrMo, blade material: alloy tool steel.

4. Main shaft: Material: 35CrMo quenching and tempering;

5. Coupling: it is a split coupling, which is convenient for maintenance. The sprocket and coupling are separated;

6. Sieve plate: adjustable combined sieve plate, with inner and outer sieve plates made of ZG35CrMo;

7. Base: assembled and welded by national standard channel steel and Q235 plate;

8. Bearing: fag brand, with bearing waterproof device, front and rear bearing seats: material zg45#.

Ⅳ. Accessory configuration: 1 Discharge mask: Q235 steel plate, 5mm thick;

2. Safety shield for exposed transmission parts;

3. Make anti-corrosion and exterior paint according to the color specified by the user.
